Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to maintain exactly one prp win account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension. All balances across duplicate accounts will be forfeited following an investigation process.

Accurate Information Required

When registering with prp win, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. KYC Verification

prp win may request identity verification documentation at any stage of your account, and will definitely require it before processing a withdrawal above Rs 50,000 for the first time, or when unusual account activity is detected. Standard KYC documents include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie with your CNIC. Additional documentation may be requested in specific circumstances.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension. prp win is committed to processing KYC requests promptly — in most cases within 24 hours of document submission.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prp win login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including prp win customer support staff (we will never ask for your password). Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility unless you have notified prp win of a breach promptly. Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit is Rs 200 for most methods (Rs 1,000 for card payments). There is no deposit fee charged by prp win. Your wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside our control. Deposits are credited to your prp win balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. prp win does not charge any withdrawal fee. Standard withdrawal time targets: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 5 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay within 5–10 minutes; IBFT bank transfers within 30–60 minutes; Visa/Mastercard within 1–3 business days. These are prp win's processing targets — final settlement depends on your receiving institution's processing schedule.

Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only

For your protection, withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the prp win account holder. A payment method is verified when you have successfully used it for a deposit that has cleared. If you need to withdraw to a different method, contact support and allow up to 24 hours for the security review.

Refund Policy

Deposits that have been wagered cannot be refunded. Unplayed deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal terms. If a deposit fails to reach your prp win balance due to a payment processing error, contact support with your payment receipt and the issue will be investigated and resolved within 24 hours.

General Bonus Terms

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at prp win have an expiry period, stated on the individual offer page. The expiry clock typically starts from the moment the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus balances and any wagering progress is lost automatically at the point of expiry.

Game Integrity

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age

• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or loopholes for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be forfeited
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin
• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Collusion with other players in live games or betting markets
• Any form of fraudulent chargebacks on deposits

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive when there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed for 12 consecutive months. prp win will notify the account holder via the registered email address at the 12-month mark. If the account remains inactive for a further 3 months after notification (15 months total), a monthly administration fee of Rs 500 will be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived.

prp win reserves the right to close any account at any time for violation of these Terms. Where the account is closed due to verified fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering, the remaining balance may be forfeited. In all other cases where prp win initiates closure, the remaining balance is returned to the player.

prp win provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous uptime and reliable performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, payment processing delays outside our control, internet connectivity issues on your end, or force majeure events.

prp win is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical errors on your device or network. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount of your deposited balance at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The decision of prp win's trading team on settlement disputes is final unless a clear error is identified, in which case the settlement will be corrected and affected bets re-settled accordingly.
